I am excited to announce that I have been elected VP, Membership for the AAMP (Association for Audience Marketing Professionals). Our first board call last week showed all the 2020 board brings some energy and ideas to an already successful organization.
AAMP is geared to people who are charged with building audiences and customers, and then keeping them engaged with their brands. Original membership included mainly magazine publishers. However, since many businesses are creating and pushing out content to their customers and prospects, AAMP membership now reaches outside the traditional publishing arena.
AAMP is best known for its annual conference, and several other regional events. I have spoken at three of their events in the past, including this last November. A link to that presentation is here.
